About Tim
Tim is a drummer and drum teacher with a wealth of experience. He never fails to enthuse and inspire when it comes to music and drumming in particular. He is a dedicated musician and loves passing on his knowledge and skills to kids and adults who share an interest in drums.
As well as running The Musical Box, Tim still manages to squeeze in playing with various bands. His career has now led him full circle - back to the initial excitement of discovering music and learning to play an instrument… and now to sharing that excitement with others.
Three things that are not very well known about Tim -
He learned to drum on a sofa....... yup! He got his first kit at 15.
Tim loves nothing more than drums and animals. He is a real softy for a cuddly cat or a dog walk.
Tim thinks aliens exist and would like to go to space..... say no more!!
