The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can register to receive materials or to apply to work with TMB. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
Name, Address. Email address, Phone numbers, Dates of Birth, Gender, CV, Medical Conditions Personal Preferences. We also have teaching contracts, DBS information, DBS evidence such as passports/ driving licence copies.
Information is kept for 5 years after you leave and is then destroyed securely
We make sure that it is clear to both students, parents and teachers who work for us why we need this information.
The Information We DON'T Collect
Credit/Debit Card Information. This is collected and held securely by GoCardless. Bank Account Information is held securely and protected by GoCardless’ policy. Systems used for the collection of this information are secured and approved by BACS.
